“Nothing” started as an inquiry into what a sustainable artistic pracitce migh entail, and getting stuck in its own loop: If the most sustainable option to use a little as possible, approaching nothing; but no productive outcome can come fro inactivity; how does one move forward?
Despite this work approaching being “outdated”, the theories and methods began developing at this time are still the core of my artistic practice; past, present, and future, and can be followed throughout my portfolio. My work always concerns the environment it exists in; the mos immediate surrpoundings as well as our global climate, and it’s changing state.
